STEP 2: Get in Touch
You can begin your custom project in two ways:

Complete our free custom jewelry form, and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Feel free to share your ideas through reference images, sketches, or a brief description.
If you don't have a specific design, we'll create a custom design based on your idea.

STEP 3: Initial Payment
Once we understand your design, we will provide a quote and request a down payment of $100.
Within 48 hours of receiving the down payment, we will send you a 3D mock-up of your custom project. You can make unlimited revisions until you are completely satisfied.
The down payment will be deducted from the final amount.

STEP 4: Production
After you approve the CAD design, we will ask for the remaining balance to start manufacturing.
Production takes 1-2 weeks. During this period, we will update you with images and videos of your project.

STEP 5: Shipping
Once your custom piece is complete, we will send you photos and videos for confirmation.
After your approval, we will deliver your piece within 5 business days via FedEx or UPS.
